Returns & Exchanges

Personalised & Engraved Pieces

Since these are custom-made just for you, they can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty. Please double-check your personalisation details before ordering.

Non-Personalised Jewellery

You can return unworn, non-engraved Jewellery within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
